No. 21) is GRANTED; and the Court further ORDERS that Plaintiff shall file her amended complaint within SEVEN (7) DAYS of thefiling date of this Memorandum-Decision and Order; and the Court further ORDERS that Plaintiff's request for an extension of time to serve Defendants Bierstineand Dabbs is GRANTED; and the Court further ORDERS that Plaintiff shall serve Defendants Bierstine and Dabbs within THIRTY (30 )DAYS of the filing date of this Memorandum-Decision and Order; and the Court further ORDERS that the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Memorandum-Decision and Order on all parties in accordance with the Local Rules.
