ORDER that pltf's motion for judgment on the pleadings is GRANTED; The Commissioner's determination that pltf was not disabled at the relevant times, and thus is not entitled to benefits under the Social Security Act, is VACATED; The matter is REMANDED to the Commissioner, with a direct finding of disability and for the sole purpose of calculating benefits owing to the pltf for the period prior to February 8, 2011, and without a directed finding of disability and for further proceeding s consistent with the court's determination for the period from February 8, 2011 to November 15, 2011, date of the Commissioner's determination; and that the Clerk is respectfully directed to enter judgment, based upon this determination, remanding the matter to the Commissioner pursuant to sentence 4 of 42 U.S.C. 405(g) and closing this case.
