No. 91) is GRANTED as to Plaintiff's failure to train and supervise claim and Plaintiff's NYSHRL sex discrimination claim and DENIED as to Plaintiff's Title VII and NYSHRL retaliation claims; and the Court further ORDERS that Defendants Blaine's motion for summary judgment (Dkt. No. 92) is GRANTED as to Plaintiff's NYSHRL sex discrimination claim and DENIED as to Plaintiff's First Amendment and NYSHRL retaliation claims; and the Court further ORDERS that D efendants Daniel Holdridge and Thomas LaValley be terminated as parties; and the Court further ORDERS that the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Memorandum-Decision and Order on all parties in accordance with the Local Rules.
