The motion is otherwise DENIED. The Clerk of Court is instructed to terminate the motion docketed at ECF No. 33. A status conference is scheduled for Friday, October 7, 2016, at 2:00 p.m., in Courtroom 219, Thurgood Marshall U.S. Courthouse, 40 Foley Square, New York, New York. The parties should be prepared to propose a reasonable schedule for pretrial bri efing and to discuss their interest in a referral to a different magistrate judge for the purposes of a settlement conference.
