July 24, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 56 OPINION AND ORDER re: 47 MOTION for Attorney Fees Approving Contingent Fee Agreement Under 42 U.S.C. section 406(b) AMENDED, filed by Rafael Rodriguez. The motion of Plaintiff's counsel for attorney's fees (ECF No. 47) is GRANTED. It is hereby ORDERED that attorney's fees are granted in the amount of $18,981.50. Upon receipt of this sum, counsel for Plaintiff shall refund the previously-awarded EAJA fees of $1,800 directly to the Plaintiff.
