JUDGMENT - IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that defendant Currin's motion to dismiss, (DE# 36), is GRANTED. To the extent that Currin's first motion to dismiss, (DE # 25), seeks a prefiling injunction, it is DENIED.
