ORDER GRANTING 29 Plaintiff's Motion for Default Judgment and a Permanent Injunction: All defendants are liable for actual damages for misappropriation of trade secrets with a pre- and post-judgment interest at 8% running from May 23, 2014, and treble damages therefor with post-judgment interest at 8% running from the date of entry of judgment. Defendants Groutman and Swanson are liable for actual damages for breach of contract at $35,908.73, with pre- and post-judgment interest rate of 18%, running from February 12, 2014, and treble damages thereof with post-judgment interest at 8%, running from the date of entry of judgment. Defendants are permanently enjoined as laid out in the order, and the USPTO is directed to cancel defendants' applications for registration of the Marks and order their fraudulent statements be stricken from the USPTO register.
