MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER signed by CHIEF JUDGE WILLIAM L. OSTEEN JR. on 03/29/2013. For the reasons set forth herein, IT IS ORDERED that Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 17 ) is GRANTED INPART AND DENIED IN PART. The motion is DENIED as to Plaintiff's interference claim based on absences resulting from his health condition from October 7 to October 11 and from October 12 to October 17.
