FURTHER that, by September 11, 2013, the Parties shall file a new Joint Motion to Seal the Administrative Record and supporting brief which addresses the Fourth Circuit's sealing standard (and includes as an attachment a proposed, properly redacted version of the Administrative Record, unless the brief shows grounds that render redaction unnecessary).(Taylor, Abby) |
