Filing 18 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER signed by CHIEF JUDGE WILLIAM L. OSTEEN JR. on 02/24/2015. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings (Doc. 10 ) is GRANTED and that Defendant's Motio n for Judgment on the Pleadings (Doc. 15 ) is DENIED. This case is remanded to the Commissioner of Social Security pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) for further administrative proceedings relating to (1) Plaintiff' ;s nausea and its impact on her RFC determination, (2) CE medical opinion evidence, and (3) determination of Plaintiff's credibility in accordance with this Memorandum Opinion and Order. This case is also remanded to the Commissioner of Social Security pursuant to sentence six of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) to permit the Commissioner to consider the post-hearing evidence regarding Plaintiffs use of a cane. A judgment consistent with this Memorandum Opinion and Order will be entered contemporaneously herewith.(Taylor, Abby) |
