MEMORANDUM OPINION AND RECOMMENDATION OF UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE JOI ELIZABETH PEAKE signed on 9/30/2015, RECOMMENDED that Defendants' Motion to Dismiss (Doc. # 34 ) be GRANTED and Plaintiffs' Amended Complaint be DIS MISSED as to Defendants MERS, Aurora, and U.S. Bank. If adopted, only Plaintiffs' claims against defaulting Defendant Atlantic will remain, and Plaintiffs should be given 30 days to file a renewed Motion for Default Judgment, and if no such Motion is filed, the claims against Defendant Atlantic should also be dismissed.
