The Court will award attorneys' fee s and expenses in this case, but will reduce the requested amount of attorneys' fees as to a reasonable sum as discussed herein. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, that Respondent is to pay to Petitioner the total sum of $30,463.26, reflecting attorneys' fees in the amount of $23,483.60 and necessary expenses in the amount of $6,979.66. A Judgment consistent with this Memorandum Opinion and Order will be filed contemporaneously herewith. (Daniel, J)
