Finally, Plaintiff's discovery motions regarding Workplace Options and Old Vineyard Behavioral Health, Subpoena EEO1 Log for Workplace Options [Doc. # 31 ] and Subpoena EEO1 Log for Keystone WSNC, LLC, d/b/a Old Vineyard Behavioral Health [Doc. # 34 ] respectively are DENIED as MOOT.
