For the reasons stated herein, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's motion to compel discovery (Docket Entry 35 ), motion to compel witness fees (D ocket Entry 42 ), and motion to supplement the Complaint (Docket Entry 37 ) are all DENIED. FURTHER that Defendants' motion for summary judgment (Docket Entry 45 ) be GRANTED and Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment (Docket Entry 29 ) be DENIED, and this action be DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. A Judgment dismissing this action will be entered contemporaneously with this Order.(Taylor, Abby) |
