PATRICK AULD on 06/27/2016; that Defendants Motion to Amend Answer (Docket Entry 48 ) is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART as follows: on or before July 25, 2016, BB&T shall file an Ame nded Answer substantially in the form of the attachment to the Motion (Docket Entry 48 -1) that (i) contains BB&T's breach of contract counterclaim(s) against all relevant Plaintiffs (including all relevant opt-in plaintiffs) and (ii) omits t he proposed set-off affirmative defense (id. at 18 (TWENTIETH DEFENSE)). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, on or before August 15, 2016, Plaintiffs shall answer or otherwise respond to such counterclaim(s). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, on or before August 15, 2016, the parties must file a status report setting out their joint and/or respective positions regarding any modifications to the Scheduling Order.
