FURTHER ORDER ED that Collecto's motion for judgment on the pleadings (Doc. 25 ) is GRANTED and Crisp's claim against Collecto (Count IV) is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. FURTHER ORDERED that Online's motion for judgment on the pleadings (Doc. 37 ) is GRANTED and Crisp's claim against Online (Count V) is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. As noted, in light of Crisp's pro se status, these claims are being dismissed without prejudice in the event Crisp could allege legally-sufficient claims, as set out herein. (Garland, Leah)
