MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER. Signed by JUDGE LORETTA C. BIGGS on 3/21/2017, that Defendants' motions to dismiss, (ECF Nos. 15 , 17 , 19 ), are GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. The Court GRANTS Defendants' motions to the extent th ey seek entry of a stay of the proceedings thus, this action is STAYED pending the resolution of James Mason's Chapter 7 bankruptcy action in the United States District Court, Eastern District of North Carolina, Case No. 14-07105-5-DMW. The parties are directed to notify the Court within 14 days following resolution of the pending bankruptcy action. Defendants' motions to dismiss are DENIED as to all other matters. (Daniel, J)
