Filing 54 Memorandum Opinion and Order granting defendants' Motion for summary judgment (Related Doc # 31 ); denying plaintiff's Motion for partial summary judgment (Related Doc # 34 ); denying plaintiff's Motion to strike (Related Doc # 49 ). Further, the Court intends to grant summary judgment in favor of Defendant on its counterclaim for subrogation. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ.
