Filing 4 Opinion and Order. Plaintiff's Motion to proceed in forma pauperis (Related doc # 2 ) is granted. Plaintiff's claims under Bivens, 18 U.S.C. §§ 241, 242, 1001, 1341, and 1346, the Federal Records Act 44 U.S.C. § 7; 3101-3106, the Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act 18 U.S.C. § 1964(c), Ohio Revised Code § 2913.42, and other causes of action under Ohio law are dismissed with prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e). Plaintiff' s claim under the Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA") 5 U.S.C. § 522 is dismissed without prejudice.
