No. 24 ) are granted and this case will be dismissed with prejudice. Further, the Court certifies that an appeal from this decision could not be taken in good faith. 28 U.S.C. Section 1915(a)(3). Filing 4 Memorandum Opinion and Order: Defendants W. Deblaey, K. Dreger, J. Ross, F. Chickos, C. Smith, R. Patete, Michael Cardaman, M. Fabian, Amber Dacek, Sergeant Turner, Denise Weisbarth, and the City of Bainbridge Township Police Department, and any and all claims against them, are dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 1915(e), and the Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 1915(a)(3) that an appeal from their dismissal could not be taken in good faith. Further, the Court will ente r final judgment as to these named defendants and any and all claims against them in the amended complaint, finding, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 54(b), that there is no just reason for delay. The Clerk's Office is directed to forward the appropriate documents to the U.S. Marshal for service of process on Officers Weiner and Gielink.
