Memorandum Opinion and Order: This matter is before the Court upon Defendant American EnergyUtica LLC's Motion to Dismiss Second Amended Complaint (Doc. 29 ) and Defendant Chesapeake Exploration, LLC's Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff&# 039;s Second Amended Complaint (Doc. 30 ).
