Therefore, according to the stipulation of the parties (Doc. No. 30), Plaintiff is awarded $5,000.00 in attorney fee s pursuant to the EAJA. In addition, the stipulations agreed to by the parties therein and as stated by the Magistrate in her Report and Recommendation are also adopted as the Order of this Court. The Commissioner's decision regarding Toland's applications for Period of Disability, Disability Insurance Benefits, and Supplemental Security Income is reversed and remanded pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). Filing 32 Memorandum Opinion and Order: the Court adopts the Report and Recommendation in its entirety as the Order of the Court. Therefore, according to the stipulation of the parties (Doc. No. 30), Plaintiff is awarded $5,000.00 in attorney fee s pursuant to the EAJA. In addition, the stipulations agreed to by the parties therein and as stated by the Magistrate in her Report and Recommendation are also adopted as the Order of this Court.
