Filing 26 Memorandum Opinion: Officer Huffman is entitled to qualified immunity as a matter of law. Further, as there is no longer a basis for Plaintiff's excessive forcefailure to interveneclaim against Officer Costante, he is entitled to qualifi ed immunity as well. The Defendants' motion for summary judgment (Doc. No. 20) is granted. I decline to exercise jurisdiction over Plaintiff's state law claims, those claims are dismissed without prejudice. re 21 .
