Opinion and Order. Plaintiffs' Motion for Conditional Certification, Expedited Opt-In Discovery and Court-Supervised Notice to Potential Opt-In Plaintiffs (Related doc # 16 ) is granted. The Class is defined as: All current and former unit managers employed by Defendant J & K Subway, Inc. between 12/1/2011 and the present. Defendant shall fully answer Plaintiffs' Expedited Opt-In Discovery as outlined herein by 3/11/2015.
