Memorandum Opinion and Order of Remand: Plaintiff's motion to remand (Doc. No. 10 ) is granted. This case is hereby remanded to the Carroll County Court of Common Pleas. Because the Court has concluded that the case must be remanded on p rocedural grounds, it is not necessary for the Court to address the parties' arguments regarding satisfaction of the jurisdictional amount required by 28 U.S.C. Section 1332. In addition, the Court will not and cannot rule on the motion to intervene, which must be raised before and addressed by the state court. Case closed. Judge Sara Lioi on 8/24/2015.
