Mayfield et al v. National Basketball Association et al
Plaintiffs James W. Mayfield, Terry Durham, Edmund Middleton and Mike Mathis were former referees of defendant National Basketball Association. Plaintiffs alleged that defendant unilaterally severed plaintiffs' health, dental, life, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance, as well as employee assistance program coverage.
