ORDER granting in part and denying in part 15 OneBeacon's motion to compel arbitration and stay litigation as follows: The Court grants the motion as to compelling this matter to arbitration, denies the motion to stay the litigation, and ADMI NISTRATIVELY CLOSES this case pending the arbitration of the underlying dispute. Further, the Court DIRECTS the parties to notify the Court in writing within ten (10) days of the conclusion of the arbitration proceeding; in said notice, the parties shall advise the Court as to whether this case needs to be reopened for further proceedings (as more fully set out).
