ORDER: Magistrate Judge Clarke's Findings and Recommendation 14 is adopted in part. Soule's defamation claims against defendants Blair, Maxwell, and Tomberlin, and Soule's IIED claim, are dismissed with prejudice. Soule's claim for tortious interference is dismissed with prejudice.
