ORDER: Defendants' Motion to Dismiss 13 is GRANTED. Plaintiff's First Claim is DISMISSED with prejudice. Plaintiff's Second Claim is DISMISSED with prejudice as to Plaintiff's claim for quantum meruit and with l eave to amend as to Plaintiff's claim for fraud. Plaintiff is directed to file an amended complaint within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order.
