Filing 91 Opinion and Order - The Motion to Dismiss by the Citibank Defendants 65 is DENIED as moot. The Amended Motion to Dismiss by the Citibank Defendants 66 is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART as follows: all claims against the Citibank Def endants are dismissed with prejudice except for Plaintiffs claims of defamation and violation of the UDCPA. The Motion for Summary Judgment by Defendant Smith & Greaves 67 is GRANTED. The Motion to Dismiss by the BofA Defendants 70 is GRANTED. In addition, if Defendant Northland has not entered an appearance by April 30, 2012, and if Plaintiff has not moved for default against Northland by that date, the court will dismiss all claims against Northland without prejudice for want of prosecution.
