January 4, 2012 Opinion or Order Filing 41 OPINION & ORDER: Graebel is not liable under ORS § 654.305 via the common enterprise test. The court finds that Graebel did not have an integral or component part of CSI's project and that the inspection and selection of commercial doors is not work that involves a risk or danger. Therefore, Defendant's motion for partial summary judgment 24 is granted and Plaintiff's first claim for violation of ORS § 654.305 is dismissed. Ordered by Judge Marco A. Hernandez.
