Opinion and Order - Defendants' motion to dismiss, Dkt. 9 is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. Plaintiffs first, second, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, and eighth claims for relief are dismissed without prejudice, and Plaintiffs may file a t hird amended complaint within 14 days from the date of this order if Plaintiffs believe that a further amendment will cure the deficiencies identified in this Opinion and Order.
