December 17, 2014 Opinion or Order Filing 41 OPINION AND ORDER: I hold that this court lacks both general and specific jurisdiction over ACI. Therefore, 9T Techs complaint seeking a declaratory judgment is DISMISSED without prejudice. Because I find that I lack personal jurisdiction ove r ACI, I have not considered and express no opinion on ACIs arguments that this declaratory judgment action is premature, and that 9T Techs complaint fails to properly state a claim for declaratory relief. Signed on 12/17/14 by Judge Michael W. Mosman. (dls)
