Filing 216 Opinion and Order - The Court GRANTS Intel's motion for reconsideration (ECF 231 ). The Court reconsiders in part its Opinion and Order dated January 26, 2022 (ECF 225 ) resolving Intel's Motion to Dismiss the Second Amended Complaint (E CF 213 ). The Court now dismisses with prejudice the limited claims that it had allowed to proceed. The Court dismisses the remaining claims of Plaintiffs Carlo Garcia, Joseph Phillips, Kenneth Woolsey, City of New Castle, James Bradshaw, Andrew Mon toya, and Kathleen Greer for alleged conduct by Intel on or after September 1, 2017, specifically: (a) their nationwide claim under California's Unfair Competition Law alleging unfair conduct; (b) their nationwide claim alleging unjust enrichmen t; (c) their state subclass claims alleging unfair conduct; and (d) their state subclass claims alleging unconscionable conduct. This case is now dismissed in its entirety, and judgment will be entered. Filing 174 Opinion and Order - The Court GRANTS IN PART Intel's Motion to Dismiss the Second Amended Complaint (ECF 213 ). The Court dismisses with prejudice all claims except those alleged by Plaintiffs Carlo Garcia, Joseph Phillips, Kenneth Woolsey, Ci ty of New Castle, James Bradshaw, Andrew Montoya, and Kathleen Greer for alleged conduct by Intel occurring on or after September 1, 2017. In short, the Court dismisses with prejudice all claims based on Intel's alleged conduct occurring before September 1, 2017.
