Opinion and Order - The Commissioner's decision is affirmed with respect to the period between the alleged onset date, June 2001, and December 2004. The Commissioner's decision is reversed and remanded for further proceedings to determine the onset date of Plaintiffs disability, at which the opinions of Doctors Eriksen and Godard, and the testimony of the third-party witnesses, are to be credited as true.
