The Court issues a Certificate of Appealability pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 67; 2253(c)(2) on Petitioners claim of ineffective assistance of counsel based on his trial court counsels failure to object to the prosecutors comments regarding Petitioners courtroom behavior. The Court declines to issue a Certificate of Appealability on Petitioners other claims because Petitioner has not made a substantial showing of the denial of a constitutional right.
