THE CLAIMS ASSERTED AGAINST THE DEFENDANTS, COUNTY OF NORTHAMPTON, PRIME CARE MEDICAL, AND PRIME CARE MEDICAL EMPLOYEES, ARE DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE; AND 3.
