The defendants shall not introduce the fact of the plaintiffs nolo contendere plea to charges of aggravated assault. 2 . The plaintiffs request to preclude the defendants from introducing evidence of his prior felony convictions or propensity for violence, of which they were aware, is denied. 3. Witnesses, other than parties, shall be sequestered at trial. 4. The de fendants request to include additional instructions regarding claims of excessive force, which go beyond the instructions provided in the Third Circuit Model Civil Jury Instructions, is denied.
