MEMORANDUM AND OPINION - For the foregoing reasons, the Court will adopt in part and reject in part Judge Methvin's Report and Recommendation (Doc. 43), and grant Defendant's Motion (Doc. 31) in part and deny it in part. The Court will gran t Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment on Plaintiffs claims for age discrimination and gender discrimination with respect to her termination (Counts I and III). However, the Court will deny Defendant's motion on Plaintiffs claim for age discrimination with respect to Defendant's failure to re-hire her (Count II).
