Defendants Motion i n Limine to Preclude Evidence of Other Lawsuits or Claims Involving Defendants Heatable Wax Products (Doc. 29) is granted. Defendants Motion in Limine to Preclude Plaintiffs Reliance On and/or Jury Instructions Pertaining to the Malfunction Theory (Doc. 31) is denied.
