May 12, 2015	Filing 24 MEMORANDUM (Order to follow as separate docket entry)For the reasons discussed above, the Court concludes that the Acting Commissioners decision to deny benefits in this case is not supported by substantial evidence as required by Richardson, Cotter, and Dobrowolsky, supra. Accordingly, this case will be remanded to the SSA for a re-evaluation of the totality of the medical evidence and a more detailed explanation of why the Plaintiffs complaints of pain were viewed as less than fully credible.
