June 24, 2015	Filing 18 MEMORANDUM (Order to follow as separate docket entry)Because of the infirmities discussed above, the Court concludes that the Commissioner's decision is unsupported by substantial evidence as required by Richardson v. Perales, supra. This case m ust be remanded to the Commissioner to either conferbenefits because substantial evidence clearly exists to support that result, or to determine whether there exists in this record any medical evidence upon which the Social Security Administration can rely to subordinate the collective opinions of Drs. Brinser, Harman, Bice, and Dall. An Order consistent with the foregoing determination will be filed contemporaneously herewith.Signed by Honorable Richard P. Conaboy on 6/24/15. (cc)
