ORDER: Plaintiff failed to submit the filing fee or forms required to proceed in forma pauperis in a civil rights case. This case cannot proceed until the filing fees are paid or the Plaintiff files a properly completed application to proceed in forma pauperis, as well as a certified copy of his prison account and authorization of withdrawal of funds from his prison account to pay the filing fees. The Court also notes that certain handwritten portions of the Plaintiff's complaint and subsequent filings are largely illegible. Plaintiff is instructed that he must submit a legible amended complaint in conjunction with his payment of the filing fee or his request to proceed in forma pauperis. Failure to file an amended complaint in accordance with these requirements may result in dismissal of this action in its entirety pursuant to Rule 8. Finally, it is ORDERED that the Clerk of Court is to mark this case administratively closed. Signed by Judge Susan Paradise Baxter on 11/26/19.
