November 24, 2009 Opinion or Order Filing 152 ORDER denying without prejudice 139 Motion for Attorney Fees; granting 140 Motion for Reconsideration ; denying without prejudice 141 Motion for Attorney Fees. In order to review the request for attorneys' fees in an efficient manner, the court will deny without prejudice plaintiff's 139 supplemental motion for attorneys' fees for litigating post-trial matters, and plaintiff's 141 second supplemental motion for attorney's fees for litigating post-trial matters . Plaintiff may file a renewed motion for attorneys' fees for all fees, consolidating the aforementioned motions for attorneys' fees into one document. Plaintiff must also file the supporting detail for the requested attorneys's fees as an exhibit to the renewed motion. Plaintiff's renewed motion for attorneys' fees must be filed within twenty-one days of the date of this order, i.e., no later than December 15, 2009.
