Counts I-IV, VI and IX-XI are hereby di smissed on the grounds that we lack subject matter jurisdiction. In addition, Counts I-VI and VIII-XIII are dismissed in their entirety as against Hanna Holdings, Hawthorne Homes, and Howard Hanna Real Estate." All other portions of the 83 Ju ne 29, 2009 Order shall remain the same; (3) the 105 MOTION to Amend/Correct 49 Amended Complaint filed by RANDY MORGAN is DENIED; (4) the 107 MOTION to Stay Discovery filed by PITEL CONTRACTING, INC. is DENIED AS MOOT; (5) the 100 Case Manag ement Order dated August 17, 2009 is AMENDED as follows: (a) Plaintiff's Expert Reports due by 4/15/2010; (b) any depositions of Plaintiff's expert(s) shall be completed by 5/1/2010; (c) Defendants' Expert Reports due by 5/15/2010; (d) any depositions of Defendants' expert(s) must be completed on or before 6/1/2010; and (6) the Court shall conduct a post-discovery Status Conference on 6/7/2010 at 1:30 p.m. in Courtroom 8A before Judge Maurice B.
