Additionally, Defendants Cowan, Workman, LeMasters, Price, Gent, John/Jane Does mail inspectors #1-5, Menchyk, Rogers, Pollock, Walker, Lindley, Grainey, Macknair, Perez, Valdo, Dietz, and the Bureau of Treatment Services (New Defendants) will be dismissed for failure to prosecute.
