On or before July 8, 2011, Plaintiff shall file a Second Amended Complaint or notice of its intent to stand on the Amended Complaint. On or before July 29, Defendant(s) shall file a response to the Second Amended Complaint. In the alternative, if Plaintiff gives notice of its intent to stand on the Amended Complaint, Kerry shall file an Answer to the remainder of Count VII on or before July 29, 2011.
