WELLER is granted as to Coun ts I and III and as to the plaintiff's claim for money damages in Count II, but denied as to the plaintiff's claim for prospective injunctive relief in Count II; and that in light of these rulings, and as the second amended complaint does n ot add any new claims against the Washington County Court of Common Pleas or Christine Weller, that all claims in the second amended complaint against the Washington County Court of Common Pleas are dismissed, and that all claims against Christine Weller in the second amended complaint are dismissed, except for the plaintiff's claim for prospective injunctive relief in Count II.
