MEMORANDUM OPINION. The Bankruptcy Court was without jurisdiction to consider Counsel's application for counsel fees. Any such application, absent the Bankruptcy Court's express pre-dismissal retention of jurisdiction over attorney compensa tion, should have been filed before dismissal of the underlying bankruptcy case. Therefore, the order of the Bankruptcy Court allowing the partial payment of counsel fees is vacated for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Signed by Judge Mark R. Hornak on 11/30/12. (bdb)
