Filing 38 MEMORANDUM OPINION indicating that, for the reaons more fully stated within, the Motion to Dismiss filed by the Defendants (Docket Nos. 14 & 17 ) will be denied with respect to Brown's constitutional claims and granted with respect to his wro ngful termination claims. In accordance with Rule 12(e), Brown will have fourteen days to file a more definite statement. FED. R. CIV. P. 12(e). Discovery in this case will be stayed until further notice is given. Thomas, 463 F.3d at 302. After the more definite statement is filed, the Defendants can decide whether to file a new motion to dismiss or answer the amended complaint. As noted earlier, the Defendants can seek an order requiring Brown to reply to their answer if they choose not to file a second motion to dismiss. FED. R. CIV. P. 7(a)(7).
